Blackbird is the software Blue Fender builds. It holds your information, does the AI work, asks for your approval and keeps a record of everything. Every AI service on this page runs on it.

Blackbird organizes your business into spaces, with tables, files and conversations inside them. An AI assistant works alongside your team, answers questions about what is there and proposes changes for you to review.

Each additional managed responsibility starts at MX$10,000 setup plus MX$8,000 a month.
That is the same starting price as an AI Teammate.
Managed Workspace (from MX$20,000 plus MX$5,000 a month) plus one responsibility (MX$10,000 plus MX$8,000 a month) gives Managed AI Operations (from MX$30,000 plus MX$13,000 a month).

What is Blackbird?
Blackbird is the software Blue Fender builds. It organizes your business into spaces with tables, files and conversations, runs AI that works alongside your team, and asks for your approval before anything changes. It runs behind an AI Teammate, and it is the workspace itself in the AI-Native Workspace.
What do “starting prices” mean?
They are the lowest price for each service. The final price depends on scope: the number of users, integrations, customization and the support you need. We confirm it in a written brief that you approve before work starts.
What is the difference between Managed Workspace and Managed AI Operations?
In Managed Workspace, we operate the platform: Blue Fender sets up, maintains and supports Blackbird, and your team runs the business inside it. In Managed AI Operations, we also operate part of your business: Blue Fender takes responsibility for defined work, such as lead follow-up or weekly reporting, with your approvals.
What is not included in the prices?
Third-party subscriptions, hosting where applicable and AI API usage are scoped separately. AI usage runs on your own provider account, so you can see what it costs.
Can I start with one teammate and add more later?
Yes. Each additional managed responsibility starts at MX$10,000 setup plus MX$8,000 a month, and you can move to a workspace when your team needs one.
Can I buy Blackbird and run it myself?
Not yet. Self-Service is a future offering. Today Blue Fender sets up and maintains your workspace.
Which tools can you connect to?
We confirm that in the discovery call. If we cannot work with a tool, we say so before we agree on a scope. Some connections, such as email and messaging inside the workspace, are planned and are not available yet.
